With nearly a decade of experience in both residential and commercial HVAC, Cordell and his wife Marilyn stepped out in faith and started their first HVAC company. We service all of Johnson county and surrounding areas. Our goal is to provide excellent HVAC service at an affordable price. Working in the industry, Cordell knows its hard for homeowners to pick an HVAC contractor among the many that are out there. Relationship is key and we believe we can earn your trust.

Our mission is to educate our customers as to what is going on with your equipment, offer solutions, and help pick the option that best fits your needs.

Monday – Friday: 9 am – 5 pm

Saturdays 10am-2pm

Emergency On-call Service Based on Availability

Closed Sunday

Cordell with Integrity did an amazing job working on both our AC and heater.He was able to keep us from buying new equipment, which is certainly nice with kids in college. Our AC needed a new capacitor, which he had on hand. He also was able to add a soft start to our system, helping to reduce load on our solar array.Our heater is vintage and he got it working like new.Some day, when we can afford it, we plan to upgrade to a new HVAC. We'll call Cordell.

Cordell did an amazing job. This was a full system replacement with the expansion to a dual system furnace. It included replacing the outside condenser, all the lines, putting a new ductwork configuration, hooking up and running the gas line, shut offs, and set up for off grid operation. It has worked flawlessly for 3 years.
