Our furnace went out. Cordell was able to fit us in with late notice. He was prompt and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Cordell with Integrity did an amazing job working on both our AC and heater.He was able to keep us from buying new equipment, which is certainly nice with kids in college. Our AC needed a new capacitor, which he had on hand. He also was able to add a soft start to our system, helping to reduce load on our solar array.Our heater is vintage and he got it working like new.Some day, when we can afford it, we plan to upgrade to a new HVAC. We'll call Cordell.

Cordell did an amazing job. This was a full system replacement with the expansion to a dual system furnace. It included replacing the outside condenser, all the lines, putting a new ductwork configuration, hooking up and running the gas line, shut offs, and set up for off grid operation. It has worked flawlessly for 3 years.
Cordell did a great job checking my two systems and making sure everything was ready to go for the changing seasons.
