Indoor Air Quality

Air Filter Delivery Service

With air filters being the first line of defense in protecting your HVAC equipment, we would like to remind our customers to keep up to date on your filter changes. A 1 inch air filter is recommended to be checked once a month and changed out every three months at max. Remembering to order more filters can sometimes be the last thing on your mind and we understand. At Integrity, we would like to take that burden from you. We offer a filter delivery service to your door when it’s time for a replacement. We will even change it for you or show you how it’s done when needed. While most systems use a 1 inch air filter, some can use a larger one and offer a higher MERV rating allowing them to be changed fewer times a year. If you would like to have this service please ask about it at the time of your next maintenance.

Electronic Air Cleaner (EAC)

While most homes have an air filter to keep the air they are breathing clean, some homeowners can also benefit from having a Electronic Air Cleaner(EAC). EACs can help clean the air better than a standard air filter by pulling out more than what a filter can do. From pulling out mold spores, dust, pollen, pet and cooking odors, and airborne pathogens, an EAC can dramatically benefit your indoor air quality. If you are in need of an electronic air cleaner, to us this is the best on the market there is. There are no yearly parts to replace and this air cleaner has a self-cleaning design, so no maintenance. This air cleaner provides top levels of air purification on the market today we have one in our home and wouldn’t live without it, we believe you will love it too. Humidification and Dehumidification

While your HVAC system is running either in the heating or cooling season, the system is naturally dehumidifying your air. The cold evaporator and the hot heat exchanger are dehumidifying the air when its being cycled though the HVAC system. The primary function of an air conditioner is to dehumidify the air first, then remove heat. By adding an additional whole home dehumidifier, it can greatly reduce the energy usage of your air condition and make you feel more comfortable in your home. For humidifying the air, you will want to add humidity in the heating season. While the furnace is running, the air is being passed over a hot heat exchanger and it dehumidifies the air. During the heating season, you will want to make sure your home doesn’t get to dry, causing discomfort. Adding a home humidifier can improve indoor comfort and can even help with skin care needs. While these add-ons are typically a luxury idem, adding a whole home humidifier and dehumidifier can help homeowners have more control of the indoor climate and feel more comfortable in their homes during the changing of seasons. Integrity services all brands and can make sure your HVAC add-ons are working as they should. Add these items to your next maintenance with us!

Cordell with Integrity did an amazing job working on both our AC and heater. He was able to keep us from buying new equipment, which is certainly nice with kids in college. Our AC needed a new capacitor, which he had on hand. He also was able to add a soft start to our system, helping to reduce load on our solar array. Our heater is vintage and he got it working like new. Some day, when we can afford it, we plan to upgrade to a new HVAC. We'll call Cordell.

Cordell did an amazing job. This was a full system replacement with the expansion to a dual system furnace. It included replacing the outside condenser, all the lines, putting a new ductwork configuration, hooking up and running the gas line, shut offs, and set up for off grid operation. It has worked flawlessly for 3 years.
