I hired Integrity Heating and Air for routine furnace maintenance at my personal property. I am very satisfied with both the service provided and the reasonable pricing. Cordell was professional and friendly, and I'm confident I'll now have some more time with my aging furnace than I otherwise might have. He notated which parts may need repair/replacement in the future, but was respectful and didn't try to upsell me preemptively, which I SO appreciate. Looking forward to continuing to refer my real estate and inspection clients to Integrity Heating & Air!

Integrity Heating and Air really came through for me!
After a foundation disaster, I needed to replace my furnace, a/c, and water heater. Integrity was the lowest bidder, and came highly recommended.
Cordell worked me into his busy schedule, even with my uncertain foundation completion date. Cordell, with his team, was able to rework much of the gas line, water lines, and some of the ductwork to install the new equipment. And he put it in a better configuration that puts the water heater closer to my faucets.
I appreciated his efforts to make it all look neat, as well.

I met Cordell, the owner, at a morning Networking event this spring. It's clear right away he's a person of integrity with a passion for helping people and caring for their HVAC needs. Unfortunately, 3 weeks later our 6 YO AC didn't cool when the heat outside showed up. Our previous AC service had sold the business and we had not connected with another service provider. Cordell @ Integrity Heating and responded by the end of the day and performed a thorough assessment to learn our A-coil had a leak. He submitted assessment and video to the manufacture for warranty claim and followed up to let us know the request was approved. Mfg inventory indicated a new A-coil would be 3-5 weeks. A check-in at the 2 week mark found a larger unit in stock that would fit and allowed to qualify as warranty. Within 2 days Cordell and his technician were able to pick up the unit and performed an onsite retrofit of the larger unit to fit our system. Cordell and his team are efficient, honest, skilled and value your time like it's their own. I highly recommend Integrity Heating & AC!

I have to say this has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a HVAC company. Cordell was very professional and reasonable with the price of everything. There are no words to describe how thankful I am for integrity and the work they do. They drove to me and made me feel important through the entire service. They pulled a very old a/c unit and heater assy. And in record time it was done. What most companies would take 2 days they did in 7 hours. They showed me how the new system works and how the new thermostat works. I full heatedly know this was the BEST experience for home renovations I have ever had. No need to search around for the best HVAC pros. This is the first and last stop you need for your HVAC needs!!

Cordell is the man! I had two different HVAC Repair companies make a total of 5 trips out to fix my furnace. Both charged me but didn’t fix the problem. I went almost two weeks without heat when a friend recommended Integrity Heating & Cooling. Cordell fixed it in less than 2 hours. Some repair techs can be pushy salesmen or try to cover up shoddy work, but Cordell is a true a pro! Knowledgeable, honest and transparent the whole time. Would 100% recommend

Our furnace went out. Cordell was able to fit us in with late notice. He was prompt and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. He got The furnace back up and running in a short amount of time and our home is warm again. He has skill, experience, knowledge, and passion, which makes for a successful combination. Will use his services in the future if the need arises. Highly recommend!

Cordell with Integrity did an amazing job working on both our AC and heater.

He was able to keep us from buying new equipment, which is certainly nice with kids in college. Our AC needed a new capacitor, which he had on hand. He also was able to add a soft start to our system, helping to reduce load on our solar array.

Our heater is vintage and he got it working like new.

Some day, when we can afford it, we plan to upgrade to a new HVAC. We'll call Cordell.

Cordell did an amazing job. This was a full system replacement with the expansion to a dual system furnace. It included replacing the outside condenser, all the lines, putting a new ductwork configuration, hooking up and running the gas line, shut offs, and set up for off grid operation. It has worked flawlessly for 3 years.
